We are looking for passionate, committed dispensary assistant to join our Te Awamutu store who share our vision and are eager to grow their career with us.

What We're Looking For

  • A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Previous retail or cash-handling experience is advantageous, but not essential

What You’ll Bring to Life in this Role

  • Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their enquiries
  • Maintaining dispensary stock levels and ensuring shelves are well presented
  • Answering and directing customer phone calls professionally
  • Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming dispensary environment
  • Supporting the pharmacy team with general administrative and operational tasks as required
