We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Dispensary Manager to lead our thriving Papanui Store! The Dispensary Manager is responsible for the dispensary operations. Which includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy dispensary, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical services. 

You will lead by example, working within operational policies and procedures to enhance business success, while ensuring all legal and ethical obligations are met. 

You must be a New Zealand registered pharmacist to apply for this role. 

What we are looking for:

• Registered Pharmacist with current APC (Annual Practising Certificate)
• Proven leadership and staff management experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency in running and managing a dispensary
• Knowledge of pharmacy compliance, privacy, and audit requirements
• Knowledge of retail operations and processes
• Professional, ethical, and committed to delivering high standards of care
• Proactive and solutions-focused
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
