We are looking for an experienced Growth and Automation Specialist to improve how customers find and interact with us, and to increase conversions across all digital channels. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Build and improve marketing automations across email, CRM and website
  • Create CRO experiments and optimise product pages, collection pages and funnels
  • Fix SEO issues (technical and on-page) and improve organic visibility
  • Analyse data in GA4/Shopify to find revenue opportunities
  • Work with developers and designers to ship improvements
  • Use AI tools to speed up content creation, workflows and reporting
  • Build dashboards for tracking sales, leads, and marketing performance
  • Support campaign setup (Google Ads/Meta) as needed
  • Document processes and create repeatable systems 

What you bring to the role

  • 4–7 years in digital marketing
  • Strong in CRO, automation tools, and SEO
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, and GTM
  • Comfortable with AI tools for content and analysis
  • Can manage projects end-to-end
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and collaboration
