We’re on the hunt for a full-time Inventory Administrator who is detail-oriented and highly organised to join our team at our Mt Wellington store.

The successful candidate will have had previous FMCG warehouse/stock room experience and be able to remain calm under pressure.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for receiving and unpacking multiple stock deliveries each day. Please note, no forklift operation or license is required for this role.
  • Receiving of stock into our system and maintenance of stock levels. Following up with suppliers where there are discrepancies.
  • Active management of stock inventory, including liaising with suppliers and other branches where required to address any overstocks/under stocks.
  • Invoice reconciliation and filing.
  • Price Updating the stock on hand.
  • Ensuring the placement of stock is meticulous and easily accessible.
  • Provide information/Product Knowledge to other staff members. 

What you bring to the role:

  • Previous Inward goods/Inventory experience.
  • Toniq experience (desirable).
  • Attention to detail and deadline driven, especially with numbers and data entry.
  • Ability to stay calm, composed, and focused under pressure.
  • Fit and able to lift boxes.
  • Computer skills.
  • A Pharmacy Retail or FMCG background, this would be a bonus.
  • The right to live and work in NZ.
