Join our growing online pharmacy as an Online Operations Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of our business. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will lead daily operations, drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce or retail operations (preferably in FMCG, pharmacy, or healthcare).
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and inventory management systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to use data to drive improvements and growth.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
What You’ll Bring to Life in this Role
- Oversee daily operations of the online store, ensuring smooth browsing, ordering, and checkout experiences.
- Manage product listings, inventory, and stock levels in collaboration with Category and Purchasing teams.
- Ensure timely order fulfilment, shipping, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work with the E-commerce and Web Development teams to optimize the website and streamline the customer journey.
- Lead and motivate the online team, driving performance and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain best practices in online pharmacy operations.
