We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Replenishment, Inventory & Category Planner to join our team—someone who’s excited to grow their career and make a real impact with us.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in retail, merchandising or replenishment roles, ideally within pharmacy, FMCG or a related sector.
• Ability to follow processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
• Familiarity with ERP or replenishment systems (e.g. Netsuite).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced skills).
• Previous experience working in a replenishment team is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

What You’ll Bring to Life in this Role

• Actively participate in the replenishment process, ensuring stock is available across all stores and distribution center in line with demand requirements.
• Execute replenishment orders, working with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and manage stock levels effectively.
• Identify and address stock discrepancies, such as long term out-of-stocks and collaborate with suppliers to resolve these issues.
• Communicate product issues, such as stock shortages or supplier delays, to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
• Follow up with stores on replenishment or inventory related queries.
• Stock balancing – identify and communicate stock transfer opportunities between stores.
• Perform analytical tasks on stock cover, availability, post promotional effectiveness, master data etc.
• Assist with the local supplier Bargain Chemist Distribution Centre replenishment.
• Communicate category specific store notifications and respond to queries.
