As a Retail Manager, you will oversee store retail operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and achieve sales targets. You will lead and manage retail staff, handle inventory and budgeting, and implement strategies to enhance store performance.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee store retail operations and performance.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve targets and KPI’s.
  • Manage budgets, payroll, rosters and inventory levels.
  • Responsible for hiring, rostering, training and developing staff.

What you bring to the role:

  • An experienced supervisor or manager with a retail background.
  • An effective leader with strong team management skills.
  • A communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in retail management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

The successful applicant will be required to work flexible hours, including some evenings and at least one shift on the weekend, to support the store operations.
