We are opening a store in Rotorua and are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager to lead our new store.

Your role as a Retail Supervisor is vital for maintaining operational efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals. You will oversee daily operations in a retail environment, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you will be doing:

• Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.
• Supervising and training staff to achieve high levels of customer service across the store.
• Monitoring and driving sales to meet targets.
• Ensure the store is merchandised and displayed to company standards.
• Managing stock levels by ordering the required stock, working with your Inventory Administrator and effectively resolving any discrepancies.
• Interacting with suppliers, reps and other people that contribute to the growth of our business.

Experience with stock control system and POS software
