We are on the lookout for a part-time Retail Supervisor to join our team at our Rotorua store.

What We're Looking For
- Retail and supervisory experience.
- Dedication to customer service and sales.
- Leadership skills to train and inspire staff.
- A positive attitude, the ability to think on your feet and strong attention to detail.
What You’ll Bring to Life in this Role
- Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.
- Supervising and training staff to achieve high levels of customer service across the store.
- Monitoring and driving sales to meet targets.
- Ensure the store is merchandised and displayed to company standards.
- Managing stock levels by ordering the required stock, working with your Inventory Administrator and effectively resolving any discrepancies.
- Interacting with suppliers, reps and other people that contribute to the growth of our business.
